GREAT QUALITY AND EMBROIDARY,BUT THE PACKAGING WAS VERY POOR.I HOPE YOU IMPROVE IN PACKAGING
They did not use the appropriate graphics. There were several support emails back and forth regarding this issue. I gave them three options in order to remedy this situation and they opted to do none of that. It took me almost a month to get a hat with the wrong graphics on it. The way you guys sent this cap you can't even see the name at the bottom so I don't know how somebody thought that was a good idea. I advise them to do the lettering in red or to remove the lettering all together. It was very obvious that the customer support reps that were emailing me, Ivana and Stephanie we're not reading the emails that I was sending back to them.
