I am so happy with the patch! They emailed me to confirm a suggested design as the one I submitted did not entirely fit embroidery criteria. I'm not sure how big or thick I was expecting it to be but I like that I'm able to put it anywhere and everywhere with a safety pin (I put it on jackets, hats, blanket). It gives you directions on how to securely attach it to fabric with the iron on or sew on method.

Sometimes embroidered patches need to have their details simplified depending on the design, and as a result, they can end up looking different from the digital mockups. Those digital images are only an approximation of how the final product will turn out. Either way, we will contact you via email to get your order number and all the necessary details, and see if we can improve the results and get you a product you’re satisfied with.
I love the fact that the patches are both iron on and sewable. It included printout instructions to apply the patch which was super cool. I can't wait to order more!
